Kiraboshi Bank was established from the merger of The Tokyo Tomin Bank Limited, The Yachiyo Bank Limited and ShinGinko Tokyo Limited in May 2018. Kiraboshi Bank is cooperating officially with Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). The logo and trademark were designed based on the Vietnam flag image, tent to have more trust from Vietnamese people.
