Kilala operates from Monday to Friday with two working schedules:
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM: PM: For Marketing, Editor, and Media Designer positions.
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: For other positions.
Lunch break is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Overtime policies depend on the specific nature of each role. Certain positions may require working on Vietnamese public holidays or New Year holidays to keep up with schedules set by Japanese partners, or working overtime based on actual project demands. Detailed information regarding the job nature will be discussed thoroughly during the interview.
Kilala is committed to paying overtime compensation in full accordance with labor laws, ensuring the best benefits for employees.

Salary is negotiable and agreed upon based on the candidate's qualifications and position during the interview.
